What does managed IT cost for a 10-person business?
On our Essential plan, expect under $100 per user per month; the Professional plan, our most popular, sits in the Canadian average of $100 to $250 per user per month. The exact price depends on the modules you pick, and it is written down before you sign.
What is your response time?
Four hours on Essential, one hour on Professional, fifteen minutes on Complete. Subscribed clients' emergencies are covered 24/7.
What area do you serve?
Gatineau, Masson-Angers, Buckingham, and the MRC de Papineau (Thurso, Papineauville, Plaisance, Saint-André-Avellin, Ripon). Remote support covers all of Quebec; on-site visits, a radius of about 40 km.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month to month. An annual agreement is available if you want one, with a discount negotiated case by case, but it is never mandatory.
We already have someone internal. Does that still work?
Yes, that is our co-managed mode: your person keeps what they do well, and we fill specific gaps like backup, security, or ticket overflow. Three or more modules: 10% off.
What does switching IT providers look like?
