Onboarding

Your first 30 days with YDS

Changing IT providers feels risky, so here is exactly what happens after you say yes. No surprises, no jargon, and almost none of your time.

No lock-in Plans are month to month. If we do not deliver what this page promises, you can leave.
Week by week

What actually happens, and when

Every onboarding follows the same five stages. Your team keeps working normally through all of them.

Before day one: the decision

A free 30-minute call, then a short written proposal with the exact monthly amount. If it works for you, we sign a month-to-month agreement. No multi-year commitment, ever.

1

Week 1: discovery and access

We inventory your workstations, servers, network, and software vendors, and we collect credentials into our secured vault. If you are leaving another provider, we handle that conversation; they do not need to cooperate for this to work.

2

Week 2: deployment

Our management agent goes on every device and monitoring comes online. From this point your staff can reach our bilingual help desk directly, with one address to remember.

3

Week 3: security and backup baseline

We bring patching up to date, apply the security controls of your plan (multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection), and configure backups. Then we restore a test file to prove they work. A backup nobody has tested is a wish, not a backup.

4

Week 4: documentation and your 30-day review

Your environment is documented: what you own, how it is configured, where the risks are. We close the month with a review meeting: what we found, what we fixed, and what we recommend next, with no obligation attached.

Your part

What we need from you

About 2 to 3 hours, total

One call to decide, one short session for access and introductions, one 30-day review. That is the whole first month of your time.

A signing authority

Someone who can approve the agreement and authorize us with your software and service vendors.

Your vendor list

The software and services your business pays for: accounting, line-of-business tools, internet, phones. A rough list is fine; completing it is our job.

Your old provider is not a blocker

We document first and take over monitoring second. If your former provider cooperates, great, and if not, the plan above still works.

No interruption for your team

Nobody loses a workday to the transition. Support simply starts answering faster, in the language your team prefers.

Bilingual from day one

Help desk in French and English from the first ticket, for every plan.

Ready when you are

The first step is a 30-minute call

It is free, and you leave with an honest opinion of your current setup either way. Plans and prices are public on our services page.
