Useful AI, minus the hype.
Your competitors will not pass you because they have AI. They will pass you if they answer faster, invoice faster, and make fewer mistakes. That is what we install.
Where AI enters a small business
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Permission and data preparation, licences where they pay off, gradual rollout, and training. Copilot sees everything the employee sees: we lock down before we turn on.
Workflow automation
Quotes, appointment intake, invoice entry, answers to recurring emails: we wire AI into your existing tools to eliminate the copy-paste.
Assistants for your customers
A bilingual assistant on your website that answers from YOUR documents, hands complex cases to a human, and respects Law 25.
AI readiness and policy
A starting assessment, an acceptable-use policy, tool selection, and team training: your people already use AI; better to govern it.
What we refuse to do
No client data in consumer tools
Your customers' personal information never goes into a free tool without a processing agreement.
No AI without an exit
Every automation keeps a human path: a customer can always reach a real person.
No black boxes
You know which tools run, where the data goes, and how to turn it all off. It is documented, in your records.
AI stands on IT that is in order
A Copilot rollout on messy permissions exposes your internal documents. An automation on poorly backed-up data amplifies mistakes. That is why AI is a service from your IT provider, not a gadget bought on the side.
We start with a 30-minute conversation: your most repetitive processes, your current tools, and the first measurable win.
Three questions that keep coming up
Is AI compliant with Law 25?
Yes, when it is deployed with the right contracts and the right limits. We assess every tool (where the data goes, who processes it) before turning it on, and document it in your vendor register.
What does it cost?
The initial readiness engagement is a fixed-price mandate. Automations are billed per project, with the targeted gain written down before we start. Licences (Copilot or others) are billed at cost.
My team is not technical. Is that a problem?
No. The best automations target exactly the tasks nobody enjoys: training happens on your real files, in French or English, and takes less than an hour per tool.
Not sure which tier fits?
A quick conversation will sort it out. We'll look at your team size, your tools, and what's actually breaking.
